Our milestone discs are the perfect way to celebrate and document your littles loves first year around the sun.
The arch milestones are 10cm in height and engraved into a beautiful hoop ply wood.

Each set also comes with its own cute little calico bag to store your precious milestones.

Due to the nature of this product - each plaque will be unique in the way of the wood grain and colour resulting in some variations in shades and knots that are present on each plaque as this is the natural wood.
By purchasing this product you accept that our product may contain natural imperfections and rather than a fault are a beautiful unique piece.

These milestone cards are not a child's toy and can contain small parts. Children and or babies should not be left unattended with these items or allowed to place items in their mouths.
Every effort has been taken to provide accurate colour representations however many factors contribute to the colour e.g. time of day, natural light and computer/phone displays

When cleaning your acrylic or surface, always use a soft microfiber or 100% cotton cloth.
These materials are gentle and help remove dust and fingerprints without scratching the surface.
it’s a good idea to lightly rinse or blow off loose dust particles to prevent them from causing fine scratches when wiped.
Use mild soap mixed with water for everyday cleaning.
Wet cloth rather than spraying anything directly onto the product, then gently wipe in a circular motion to remove dirt and grime. Rinse with clean water afterward and dry with a fresh, soft cloth.

Processing time is currently between 2 weeks for dispatch (this is for both standard and express postage).

- Upgrading orders to express does not imply that the item will be rushed.
it means the couriers will use their express delivery service.
This item is made to order, which means it will be specially crafted just for you.

Cancellation Policy / Change Of Mind
Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase and if it has not been shipped within that period.
Returns/Exchanges
Sis Please will not accept exchanges for those who have a change of mind or if you accidentally ordered the incorrect item.
Sis Please will however accept returns & offer exchanges in the rare case that your item is faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@sisplease.com.au
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We take a great deal of care to ensure that your package arrives safely, however in the rare case that your item gets damaged or goes missing we are not held responsible.
Please note: Some of our products are natural wooden products; therefore not each drop is the same. There will be some imperfections in laser work due to the natural nature of the product.
By purchasing, you acknowledged this and no refund will be issued for change of mind.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7days have gone by since your purchase and you have not reported a fault, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
